US a Christian nation? Maybe someday....

Irony is the people screaming we are a Christian nation being the reason we can’t actually be regarded as one.  But for those who insist we are Christian nation, there is a blue print for Christian government in the Bible should they care to make some necessary ‘tweaks’.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”  Isaiah 9: 6-7

Jesus healed everyone who came to him—Jew and Gentile alike.  He healed in the cities of the Decapolis and in Judaea beyond Jordan and in Samaria; He healed a Canaanite woman, Romans, Greeks, Syrians and a Syrophoenician woman’s daughter.

“But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all.”  Matthew 12: 15

Just to reiterate:  ALL.
Purposely denying poor people health care is NOT at all Christian, it is unholy.

And we all know Jesus’ policy about food, how he fed the masses with a handful of fishes and loaves with baskets full of copious leftovers.  And even when the phony freeloading moochers came back for more buffet Jesus called them out but did not deny them.

“And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.”  John 6:25-26

The Prince of Peace’s foreign policy resides within His name, and His immigration policy is also clearly described in the Old Testament.

But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.”  Leviticus 19: 34

We could be a Christian nation but the belligerent fake Christians won’t get out of the way and let us implement the necessary changes to make us one:  they want to take health care from the poor and justify cutting food stamps that feed poor children by calling it ‘ennobling.’  Their elected politicians hate immigrants and are frothing at the mouth for war with Iran, to pour more human blood into their alchemy machine.  Doing the exact opposite of what the Lord commanded is their righteousness, and their phoniness will be exposed at comeuppance time.

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”  Matthew 7: 21-23
